What if I need to return or exchange an product?
Due to the pandemic, we are extending our Return, Exchange & Refund policy. You have 45 days after the delivery date to contact us by email email@example.com.
What if I need to be refunded?
Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify. The refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
When will my order will ship?
Most products ship within 5 business days. If we cannot ship your product within that time frame we will contact you by email and/or phone.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a UPS tracking number the day your order ships. Please check your spam/junk mail if you don't see it in your inbox.
